With a wide range of things to do and places to see Bali is a great destination for everyone. A visit to Bali is not complete without trying the famous “babi guling”. This whole grilled pig dish is served with a spicy sauce of sambal matah, a paste made from shrimp, young grated coconut and spices that vary according to region. Another must-try is lawar, a crunch-tender mix of vegetables and minced meats (pork or chicken) with various heady herbs and spices – every village has its own version of this dish.
